Terms & Conditions:

  1. To Secure Your Payment:
    i. To secure your payment you must inform the representative of Finding Escape Pvt. Ltd. of your request.
    ii. The Sales associate will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you a quotation for final confirmation.
    iii. You must confirm the details and pay the requisite deposit, as mentioned in your final quotation provided by Finding Escape Pvt. Ltd.
    iv. The payment details will be provided through the Accounts Section of Finding Escape Pvt. Ltd.
    v. Your payment invoice will be sent to you within 2 to 3 working days.

 

  1. Amendments by the Client:
    i. Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability. If the full payment has been received and/or a voucher has been issued, no administrative fees will be applied except on changes to tickets for air travel/Railway/Bus.

 

  1. Amendment from Finding Escape Pvt. Ltd.:
    i. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any natural calamity, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
    ii. In the event of unavailability of services from our part, we will provide an alternative service or will compensate the amount required for that service.
    iii. Any sort of service which is not included in the inclusion section of the finalized quotation is excluded.
    iv. If any Sightseeing Point is closed due to COVID-19 restriction or by the Govt, Finding Escape Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible.
  1. Payment Schedule:
    i. Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired trip.
    ii. Services on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 30% of the full price.
    iii. The second installment of 40% will be paid between the date of first and third installment which will be notified by the Accounts Section of Finding Escape Pvt. Ltd.
    iv. The last installment of 30% will be paid on arrival. Your deposits will be directed to the bank account proposed by Billing & Settlement Section of Finding Escape Pvt. Ltd.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
  2. In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

i. 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
ii. 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
iii. 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
iv. 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show : No Refund.
